LDR MGMT is a Heath, Ohio-based real estate investment and property management group that manages a network of 19 apartment communities and complexes throughout 9 of Ohio's most beautiful counties. Since we own the properties we manage, we are resident-focused, providing attentive, friendly service to our customer tenants.

Most of our properties are located in quiet, residential areas near schools, parks, and shopping. Each of our properties is affordable, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Our communities are kept updated and are pet-friendly with restrictions.

Our residents have access to a Tenant Portal where rent payments can be scheduled, submitted, and tracked securely online. Routine maintenance requests can even be sent to us online. In property emergencies where resident safety or property may be at risk, we are available 24/7. We are responsive to maintenance requests and use local contractors to resolve issues promptly.
